Book Fair A Huge Hit!

Thank-you to parents and pupils who supported our recent Book Fair and to staff who helped run it. There were lots of wonderful books to choose from and we’re already hearing about books that people have bought and started to read at home!

Levanah bought “Foxcraft” by Inbali Iserles and is already on page 8 – “I enjoy it because it goes straight into an argument and then it turns happy.  I can’t wait to continue reading!” said Levanah.

“My Headteacher is a Vampire Rat” was Keisha’s choice – “It is funny with lots of new adjectives in it!”

Bailey chose “Top of the Class (nearly)” by Tom Gates – “This is a funny book and it is making me laugh!  At the start he was daydreaming and he thought he was the president of school: he made rules.  My favourite rule was: THURSDAY is now FURS DAY (bring-your-pet-to-school-day).  I’d like it if this was a Dunn Street rule!”
