What a fantastic time we had at the Maths Café. The children really enjoyed working with their families on Maths problems.
We would like to say a massive thank you to all the family members who attended and for the great feedback we received. Your response was overwhelming.
Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 enjoyed the E-Safety show by ‘Barking up the Right Tree’. There were lots of different rules for us to follow to make sure we are safe online.

What a fabulous day we had at our KS1 Christmas party. We played lots of fun party games and danced around with our friends in the hall. We even got a visit from Olaf. He was being very silly!
We then went back to our classrooms which had been transformed by our teachers. We ate lots of tasty party food and sang along to some Christmas songs.
After that we went back into the hall to meet a special guest. Can you guess who it was?
He brought us an early Christmas present and asked us what we wanted for Christmas.
We are all super excited now! 🙂
What a fabulous day we had at the church on Friday! The children worked super hard in the weeks leading up to the performance and it all paid off. There were lots of very proud parents in the audience. Well done to everyone involved, including our actors in Year 2, our Penny Whistlers, our Choir and our readers in Year 6. Thank-you to Mr Miller and Kenny for their musical additions! A huge well done to the rest of the children for their fabulous singing throughout.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!
As part of our topic we created castles fit for a King or Queen.
We worked with our family at home to create them using lots of different resources. We had lots of fun! We are super proud of them.

Year 2 had lots of fun with the Mighty Zulu Nation Theatre Company. We learnt lots about their culture and we even rehearsed and performed our own Zulu dance in front of the parents. It was such a great day! Lucy performed exceptionally well by herself. Well done Lucy! 🙂
