Sports for Schools 2017

We were delighted to welcome Peter Bakare from Sports for Schools on 22nd June.

Peter Bakare is from London and studies in Newcastle.  He started as a basketball player and then competed at volleyball in the 2012 Olympic Games.

His motto: Say, “Yes!” and deliver.

Top Tip for Life: Do something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.

Greatest High: Top scorer against Italy in 2012 Olympics.

Favourite Book: Books I can learn from: I love picking up new skills.

Art: If you can imagine it, you can draw it.

Maths: It is the most important subject.  The logic you learn from studying maths will stay with you for the rest of your life.

So, now please start collecting your sponsor money and get it back to school within the next week.
